Wasn't sure a strap would make much difference but it really does, my grip feels way more stable now. The velcro adjusts easily to fit snug without digging in, and I don't have to keep readjusting mid-use.
I was skeptical about needing a strap at all, but this one completely changes the experience—the secure grip means I never lose control mid-session. It's snug without digging in, and that stability alone makes it worth every penny.
The strap is stiffer out of the box than I expected, but it molds to your wrist after a couple of days of wear. The quick-release buckle makes swapping it between my cameras effortless, and it hasn't slipped once during a full day of shooting.
